SHIPPING

Our delivery charges are £4.95 per item for anywhere in the UK. We will usually send by first class mail, recorded delivery.

We aim to dispatch all goods within 2 working days of receipt of order. A confirmation e-mail will be sent when your goods are dispatched. You can normally expect to receive your order within two working days from dispatch. If delivery is likely to take longer than 7 days, we will contact you to let you know.

RETURNS

Faulty or damaged goods

Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded providing:
1. We are notified by you within 48 hours of you receiving the goods.
2. The goods are returned in the condition they were delivered and in their original packaging if applicable.

Once we have received the goods we will replace or refund the goods at your request within 7 working days.

If we deem the goods to be faulty we will also refund your delivery charge or send a replacement out postage free as applicable.
